Boho Baby Girl Nursery

Everyone will say when you find out you’re having a baby, “You know you don’t need a nursery ready. They won’t sleep in it right away anyway.” However, I feel so unsettled until baby clothes are washed, the room is ready, and I can check it off my list. It took us weeks to agree on the theme for the nursery. If you remember from my first pregnancy we hand-painted a custom Alaskan mountain mural on the wall. We selected mountains from Alaska that we love or are sentimental to us and sketched a custom mountain range then painted it. Picking Leighton’s nursery and the colors we wanted to be equally in love with and wanted it to be just as special. When we found the wallpaper from Fancy Walls (link here) there was no question that it was perfect! We do have textured walls so it took a little longer to make it work. In hindsight for textured walls, it would have been easier to use regular wallpaper which they have as well. Fancy Walls has a huge variety I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

After we got the wallpaper up the other parts of the room slowly came together. We next added the Delta Children Casey 6-in-1 Convertible Crib (link here) I love that it’s solid white and was the perfect look for this room.

Rocking Chair: Wayfair (link here) I love how it looks and it’s super comfy!

Breathable Mattress: Newton (link here)

Dresser: Wayfair (link here)

Light Fixture: Ikea (link here)

Rug: Target (link here)

Acrylic Bookshelves: (link here)

Blackout Curtains/ Curtain Rod: (link here)

Baby Lounger: Snuggle Me Organic-Color Gumdrop (linked here) she doesn’t sleep in it but we store it in her bed

Changing pad cover: Ely’s and Co (link here)

Name sign: There are similar signs on Etsy, but we had a friend make ours

Flowers around the wooden sign are from Hobby Lobby as well as both wooden word signs. I can’t find a link online, but they had a lot of them in the store!

Vases and pampas grass are old, but could likely be found out Tj Maxx or Hobby Lobby.

If you have any questions feel free to DM me on Instagram or leave a comment below. Can’t wait to bring our sweet baby girl home to this room!

XOXO,

Jillian
